Holiday BOOK FAIR 2021
Step 1
Fill in the form on this page by Friday, October 29th. There is room to add up to 10 books/merchandise items, if you have more than 10 books/merchandise items to include in the fair, you can fill in the form multiple times. At least one book in your series must be reduced in price on the day of the fair (November 21st) for the series to be included. All series in this fair should be holiday themed, but may include any holiday, year-round.
I will email you by Friday, November 5th to confirm I've received your form/answer any questions and clarify any questions I may have about your answers on the form. If you're attending the fair, I will also let you know your time slot of when to be present at the fair.
*Books will be included in the fair as Amazon Affiliate Links, so you may include Kindle Unlimited series in the fair.
Step 2
Visit Calendly and book a time for a pre-recorded video call sometime from now until November 5th.
Step 3
On Friday, November 12th, I will email you a link to the book catalog and fair page so that you can see what both will look like. Please do not share that link. Let me know of any last minute changes you'd like to see by Wednesday, November 17th so that I can make changes in time for the fair.
Step 4
On Friday, November 19th, I will send out a newsletter to Cozy Mystery Library subscribers and readers who have registered to attend the fair. Readers will see your books and merchandise as well as the fair schedule and any giveaways in the newsletter, but your items do not have to be on sale yet at this time and the giveaways will not begin until Sunday.
Step 5
On November 21st, please attend the fair at your scheduled time. Make sure your books/merchandise are on sale this day at the prices you've indicated below. Chat with readers and enjoy yourself! Once your part is done, feel free to stick around and join in on the other activities in the fair. I hope you all have a wonderful time!
